Man discovered useless outdoors Houston Cemetery on Almeda Genoa

The investigation into the man’s death continues, but police said he appeared to have suffered blunt trauma to the head.

HOUSTON – Houston police are investigating after a man was found dead on Sunday in the driveway of a cemetery in southeast Houston.

That scene was on the 8600 block of Almeda Genoa, south of Hobby Airport.

Investigators said police answered a call from a person just before 3 a.m., and when they arrived at the scene, they found an unresponsive man in the driveway of a cemetery.

EMS was called to the scene and the man was pronounced dead.

The investigation into the man’s death continues, but police said he appeared to have suffered blunt trauma to the head.

A coroner determines the official cause of death.
