Police are on the lookout for a person needed in southeast Houston for the homicide of a mom and daughter

HOUSTON – Police are looking for a man charged with the murder of a mother and daughter on June 12 in southeast Houston.

Officials said they identified Hector Birriel, who was last seen on surveillance video at the victims’ home at 7750 Drouet Street. He was a person of interest at first before the police officially charged him.

According to police, Birriel has a white 2012 Nissan Rogue with no hubcaps.

HPD Search for Individuals of Interest for Fatal Shooting

Investigators want to speak to Birriel, who has not been charged, about any information they may have about the incident.
