HOUSTON – Houston Police are investigating possible people smuggling in an apartment complex in southwest Houston on Wednesday afternoon.

Houston police tweeted that they were headed to an apartment complex on block 6400 of South Gessner at around 3:00 p.m.

The officials said that up to 20 people were found in the apartment.

HPD commanders and PIO are on their way to an apartment complex at 6400 South Gessner Rd for a people smuggling investigation.
