Police say 2 adults, 2 youngsters with gunshot wounds discovered lifeless on the web site of the home hearth in SW Houston

HOUSTON – A man, a woman and two children with gunshot wounds were found dead in a house fire on Sunday, the authorities said.

At around 8:10 am, fire teams from the Houston Fire Department were dispatched to an apartment on Block 7500 on Imogene Street in response to reports of a house fire. The fire brigade put out the fire shortly after arriving.

During a house search, the firefighters found two adults and two dead children.

Investigators believe the deaths were due to a domestic violence incident as there was no evidence of forced entry into the house.

The police had not identified the victims by 11 a.m.

The case is still being investigated by the Houston Police Department. The investigation is just beginning.
