Taco lovers will meet again on October 16 at The Water Works at Buffalo Bayou for the Houston Press Tacolandia.
The Mission Foods sponsored outdoor event is available now for general admission ($ 35) and VIP ($ 75) tickets.
Tacolandia runs from 4pm to 7pm (it opens an hour earlier for VIP ticket holders) and includes unlimited taco samples. It includes cash bars with beer, wine and cocktails, as well as awards for the best tacos in different categories. VIP ticket holders also receive three drinks cards and access to VIP toilets.
A live mariachi band will be on-site, while in the Mission Tortilla Zone you can take home tortilla chips and tortillas for free. Jarritos Refresh Station is distributing samples of Mexico’s first national soft drink brand. Guess the correct number of pinto beans in the glass and win up to $ 200 in gift cards.
